Type-C Charging While Working

RX comes with a Type-C charging port and supports charging and recording at the same time. especially suitable for outdoor live streaming, vlog, and TikTok creations.

  • Why the microphone does not work?

    1. Ensure the device has power. 2. Ensure the TX and RX are paired. If the light is flashing, it means they're not paired. 3. Unplug the RX with your phone to play the recording. 4. Remove the insulating film on the top/bottom of the mics.

  • How do I use the microphone on my phone?

    There should be a 3.5mm to Lightning/USB-C adapter included in the original parcel. (The Solo kit does not) You may use this adapter to connect the receiver of Lark M1 to your phone.

  • How do I know whether the microphone is compatible with my phone?

    Please send the model of your smartphone to us, and we will let you know if it can be used with your device.

  • Why there is one of the microphones not recording?

    Due to the protocol of the phone not matching well with the receiver, the mic can not be used in the Stereo mode. Please change the mode to Mono mode by long-pressing the 'volume -' button of the receiver till the light turns green.

  • What should I do if there's noise while recording?

    1.Check if the mic is connected and paired. 2.Remove the insulating film on the top of the mic. 3.The connecting cable should be bought from the Hollyland store. (The cable from another store may not be suitable for our microphone)
